Moving labor services

Yes we can move a safe from your garage to your basement.

Yes we can unload your truck for you.

Yes we can move your washer and dryer to your basement and remove old washers and dryers.

If your on a budget you may want to consider moving labor. this allows you to rent your own truck and choose how much the movers will move to fit into your budget. Moving labor prices start at $250 for for two movers for 2 hours with a 2 hour minimum and $125 an hour after the first 2 hours. These prices may vary depending on demand and individual circumstances. Prices may vary depending on items weight and special circumstances.

Same day service

Many of our services can be done same day in some situations. There is an additional $100 dollar same day fee so it is best to schedule ahead of time. 

Evictions

The day of the eviction we will send out a rep to meet you at the property with the bailiff and give you an estimate on the spot. The landlord or realtor is responsible for payment. Payment is due before the move. In most cases, payment isn’t due until the move is complete but with evictions it must be paid upfront to protect us from not being paid due to the tenant and renters dispute on who should pay. If the landlord agrees to price we can moved the tenants out the same day.

Storage for evictions

In the case of an eviction where the tenant needs storage, we can add up to one month of storage to their bill. After one month the items will be trashed, sold or auctioned if the items are not moved out of our temporary storage units. Prices for storage may vary based upon size of unit needed.
